The real value of Ontological coaching
Hey,
It's Alex.
Less than 10% of people finish any online course that they buy, yet sales in this industry are increasing every year.
People look for solutions to their problems in courses, but most of the time, what they buy doesn't help them at all, and reality stays the same.
Why is it like this?
Let me know if you feel one of the following things:
You have everything, but something is still missing.
You know that you can do whatever you want, but you lack the energy.
It's hard to feel excited, and if you do, it's for a short period of time.
When you seek a better social life and meet new people, most of the conversations aren’t interesting to you.
Sometimes, you feel that people are in touch with you only because they want something from you.
You love money and success, but you're disgusted by the result-hustle culture and everything connected to it.
You imagine yourself in a better place where you're more excited and feel the joy of life, but it only stays in your imagination.
You can make thousands of dollars, and it will not change anything inside of you.
I can go on and on...
I feel you.
I even know your age... Between 27-38. This is the age when this stuff starts to pop up in our lives.
The name for it is meaning crisis.
You may think that you have a procrastination or over-thinking problem when, in reality, it's just symptoms of something much deeper…
I will be honest.
There is no cohort or course in the world that can make it go away. If it would exist, perhaps you would have already bought it.
But why is it even happening?
Why does money stop being exciting, and can't make this pain go away?
Why is new food no longer tasty, and buying a new phone or a car does not spark anything inside?
Why do you think about running away from your own life?
Because when your soul is in pain, the solution can't come from the outside.
Each human's pain is different. Each human being has a different reason to feel the way he feels.
The solution will always be different from person to person. But it's always coming from the same place.
From the inside.
Courses, books, guides, toolkits…
All these are great tools filled with wisdom that can help us when we have a lack of information to solve a problem in our lives.
But meaning isn't an information problem.
It's not something you're supposed to study.
It's something you're supposed to learn.
What's the difference?
Studying is about gathering new information and skills from the world around us. It means reading books, attending webinars, participating in online communities, etc.
The focus in studying is on new information and understanding new concepts. It's primarily a cognitive and intellectual activity.
Learning, from an ontological coaching perspective, goes beyond the information.
It's about the transformation of your way of being.
Changing your "way of being" is like updating how you view yourself, people, and everything around you. It's about changing what you believe and, as a result, how you usually act.
Instead of just picking up new information or skills (through studying), learning means seeing things differently and acting in new ways that make you approach life and people in a better way.
It's more of a holistic process.
Some people would even say it's spiritual, as it involves not just the mind but also the emotions and body.
This process is incredibly personal.
It involves self-reflection, questioning your assumptions, and your core beliefs.
It requires you to be brave and be ready for a change.
But the result of it is so worth it.
Now, do you understand why it's difficult to get this kind of change from a typical recorded online course? 🙂
P.S.
I'm reminding you that I still have a spot for 1:1 Ontological Coaching with me.
